How To Make Butter Base Vanilla cake

Butter base vanilla cake is this type of cake that we use butter, egg and other ingredients to make.

The recipe for moist vanilla cake with buttermilk listed below under the recipe section. Kindly check it and follow this instruction for your vanilla cake recipe ingredients mixing:

Step 1: Mix your butter and sugar in the mixer till light and fluffy

Step 2: Measure your flour, baking powder, powder preservative in a bowl

Step 3: In another bowl break eggs and whisk till it foaming and double in size

Step 4: Add the egg into your butter and sugar mixture and stir with your hand until it totally incorporated

Step 5: Sieve in gradually your flour, baking powder, powder preservatives into the mixture

Step 6: Add your half cup of water into your half cup of milk and pure into your prepare batter and stir until it totally incorporated together

Step 7: Add your brandy (this is purely for a preservative purpose for your cake to last longer when stored)

Step 8: Add your flavour

Step 9: Pour into your prepared baking pan to bake

Step 10: Bake for 40min at 200 Degree Celsius

Step 11: Your butter-based vanilla cake should be baked and ready at 35 – 45min

Once you follow the recipe accurately you are good to go to get a moist and fluffy vanilla chocolate cake with buttermilk.

      Yes, you can use the wooden spoon if the batter is not much but if much, you had better off using your hands so that you can ensure everything mix and incorporate together perfectly well.

    Do I still need to oil my pan after using a pachment paper?

      No, you don’t need to oil the pan after using parchment paper. You can just use your fingertip to use the batter to stick the parchment paper to the pan just as done in the video to hold the side firmly to your pan (though it is optional). You with use oil or parchment paper, no need to combine both.
