Caster sugar is a type of confectioners sugar that is in a more refined form of the regular granulated sugar in which the grains have been blended to powered form.

Granulated sugar is a type of confectioners sugar that is in a less refined form of sugar.
Differences Between Caster Sugar and Granulated Tutorial
1: Caster sugar is more refined and well-grounded sugar than granulated sugar
2: Caster sugar has less visible sugar grains while granulated sugar has more visible grains of sugar
3: Caster sugar dissolves in liquid like water, glucose and other liquids while granulated sugar don’t dissolve easily and usually leave grain particles below the mixture.
