What is Chocolate Ganache For Cake Design?

Chocolate ganache is a sauce made from Chocolate and other baking ingredients like butter and milk which is used for cake decoration. One of the most popular uses of chocolate ganache by bakers is in Drip Cake.

 

Preparation of Chocolate Ganache Recipe Tutorial

The recipe ingredients list is below this post.

Step 1: Add your chocolate, butter, and your milk together inside a stainless bowl

Step 2: Steer everything together

 

Step 3: Put your stainless bowl with your chocolate, butter, milk inside a bowl hot water and steel everything together

Step 4: Once everything is melted and blended together thoroughly, take it out of the hot water

Step 5: Let it cool down for like 5-15minutes before you use it. You can store in freezer and unmelt to use anytime

Once you follow these steps you are good to go with your chocolate ganache recipe.
