Milk Zest is the name of the flavour used in this red velvet cake recipe. Just mention it when about purchasing your ingredient “Milk Zest Food Flavour” where they sell quality industrial flavour.

      1) The reason for not using butter in our red velvet recipe and chocolate cake recipe done so far is because they are oil-based cake recipe. We will still cover butter-based recipe later. So keep following this 100DaysBaker in the telegram group via https://foskaayfoods.com/Telegramgroup .

      2) We used the measurement of the recipe have tested and proven to work. Recipes are different and nothing like it should be 150 or 300g. Just follow the measurement of the recipe you are using and you will have a good output.
